Introduction

This Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement is a response to Section 54(1), Part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and relates to actions and activities for the financial year ending 30 April 2026.

DXS International Plc publishes the following Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement on behalf of DXS International Plc and its subsidiaries ("DXS"):

Our Business

We are a healthcare company that operates in the United Kingdom and South Africa, working with key suppliers who provide equipment, IT software, and professional services.

Our Modern Slavery Policy and Due Diligence

We have zero tolerance towards slavery and human trafficking and are fundamentally opposed to these activities. We do not do business knowingly with any organisation engaging in slavery or human trafficking.

Risk Profile

Our business sector is generally considered to have a low risk of enabling slavery and human trafficking. We work directly with key suppliers in low-risk industries such as software and services, so our exposure to supply chains with potential slavery or human trafficking risks is minimal.

Training

Our staff are trained through our employee handbook and reporting processes to identify and report modern slavery concerns and other behaviour that violates company policies.

Approval

This statement is made pursuant to our commitment to ethical business practices and our obligations under public sector contracts for the financial year ending 30 April 2026.
